Return Policy

Denco Distributing Inc. only accepts returns for items with a manufacturer defect or material workmanship issue.

Return Window

Items with a manufacturer defect or material workmanship issue must be reported within 30 days of purchase and returned in their original packaging.

For items shipped via LTL (semi-truck), defects must be reported within 2 days of receipt of goods.

Return Shipping

For eligible returns due to defects or workmanship issues, Denco Distributing Inc. will cover return shipping.

Beyond 30 Days

Return requests outside of the 30-day window will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Exemptions

Denco Distributing Inc. reserves the right to refuse returns on marked merchandise.

Certain limitations may apply to products received as part of any promotion, ongoing or ended.

Goods received for free due to a promotion or sale carry no value and are not eligible for return or credit.

Samples are not subject to any credit and hold zero value.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that credit card refunds may take 3–5 business days to process, depending on your financial institution.

Resale of Products

Products purchased on our website are intended solely for end-use and are not authorized for resale except by approved redistributors. Denco Distributing Inc. is not responsible for any legal fees, penalties, or consequences resulting from the unauthorized sale, use, or distribution of our products.

The name, logo, and “D” symbol featuring tread marks are registered trademarks of Denco Distributing Inc. Use of these marks without explicit written permission from Denco Distributing Inc. or its representatives is strictly prohibited.
